As a result, we get improved exponential time algorithms for $\AC^0$ circuit satisfiability and for counting solutions. In addition, we get an improved bound on the correlation of $\AC^0$ circuits with parity. | DTIC ADA528195: Self-Aligned ALD AlOx T-gate Insulator for Gate Leakage Current Suppression in SiNx-Passivated AlGaN/GaN HEMTs | A proof-of-concept metal-insulator-semiconductor (MIS) AlGaN/GaN high-electron mobility transistor (HEMT) that uses a self-aligned 10 nm AlOx gate insulator and SiNx passivation in the device access regions was investigated. Self-alignment of the gate insulator to metal was achieved by utilizing a submicron tri-layer photoresist pattern to lift-off sequentially-deposited AlOx dielectric and Ni/Au gate metal layers. By keeping the temperature low (100 C) during the atomic-layer deposition (ALD) of AlOx, reflow of the photoresist pattern was prevented, which maintained the integrity of its re-entrant profile. After lift-off, the resulting transistor gate had a T-shaped profile with AlOx directly under the gate metal only. In a split wafer comparison, this experimental structure reduced reverse-bias gate leakage current after passivation by one to two orders of magnitude over Schottky gate devices. | Extra Clearance Phone Stand (4350566) | I needed a phone stand that is reasonably universal and solved three issues. 1. I wanted the bottom of the phone to be completely uncovered so that headphone jacks, charging ports, and speakers would not be affected. 2. I needed enough clearance beneath the phone for the long cable ends of my headphones and usb-c adapter. 3. I wanted to be able to easily dock and remove the phone without unplugging the cables. The phone is angled to 60deg. Compatible with phone widths of 65mm-86mm. Though the extreme ends of this spectrum probably wouldn't work that well. The supports for the bottom of the phone are angled in order to center the phone by making contact with each of the bottom corners. There is a lip on the corner supports to prevent the phone from slipping out towards you. A slight revision was made to the model which is not captured in the photos. The reference requested that we consider an appropriate course of action for Mr. McCone to take with reference to the use of international telephone service for passing classified information between the Presidential party at Nassau and senior U.S. officials in Washington. 2. The ideal solution to this problem is to provide the whole Presidential party, including all his advisors, with encrypted telephone and teletype facilities so that the use of normal telephone service is unnecessary. In the case of Nassau, the encrypted teletype service was very good but the encrypted telephone service (KY-9) did not work because the circuitry to Nassau was not of sufficient quality to support a KY-9 communications link.
