Take 395 North. Cross the 14th Street bridge. Take the Southwest Freeway (right lanes on the bridge) to the 12th Street/L'Enfant Plaza exit. Follow the L'Enfant Plaza ramp down to D Street. Turn right and follow the signs to public parking. Walk up to the Promenade Level and take the elevator to the third floor--Room 3A. OR 2. Take the Beltway to the George Washington Parkway.
