Take 395 North. Cross the 14th Street bridge. Take the Southwest Freeway (right lanes on the bridge) to the 12th Street/L'Enfant Plaza exit. Follow the L'Enfant Plaza ramp down to D Street. Turn right and follow the signs to public parking. Walk up to the Promenade Level and take the elevator to the third floor--Room 3A. OR 2. Take the Beltway to the George Washington Parkway. Follow the Parkway to 395 North. Cross the 14th Street bridge and follow the same directions as above. From Baltimore Take Baltimore-Washington Parkway. Pick up 295 from the right lane. Continue on 295 to Howard Street exit where you pick up 395 South (to Virginia). On 395 take the first exit which is 7th Street.
